Lancome L'Absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick Swatches x24 (2022)
Lancome L’Absolu Rouge Cream Lipstick reformulated their popular L’Absolu Rouge Cream lipsticks, which feature new packaging along with an improved formula (well, we’ll see, but initial impressions are good!) with 26 shades, and I have 24 of those shades swatched in this post!
Gosh, it seems that all the brands are bringing out lots of lipsticks. These look lovely – especially French Couer and French Touch.
O.M.G. That’s a lot of lipsticks! I have spotted several that are especiallly appealing to me: Crushed Rose, But First Café, Berry Noir and Call Me Sienna. I also like the more metallic shades, but not sure if I can pull them off as easily as before. Although, TF Seadragon still looks great, so we’ll see!
I loved TF Seadragon. Maybe one of my all time favorite lipsticks ever.
Looks like 546 But First Cafe might be a replacement for the old Creme De Maroon(254) that was d/c. Hope the formula has been improved. Lots of pretty shades to choose from.
I have Creme de Marron from the previous range and it looked so different! It was a mid-tone neutral nude with a cream finish, no shimmer. I quite like it so good to know I shouldn’t repurchase it expecting the same shade.
I thought it was strange how much it deviated! Creme de Marron is now a lot like Mars from the previous range!
I have Creme De Marron from the previous release and it is a beautiful creamy nude not a copper metallic. I agree with Christine that this new release looks like Mars.
Fantastic! I’m ordering at least four of these. Lancôme does phenomenal shimmer/frost lipsticks, which is all I wear. McGrath did great BlitzTranz but soooo limited in colors now. This is a treat!
I’d be willing to check out But First, Cafe, though I’ve not tried Lancome lipsticks before and don’t know how i’d like them. Most cosmetics from those brands are loaded with gross floral fragrance or waxy old fashioned “lipstick smell.”
Lancome lipsticks have a strong, powdery floral scent!
Love Lancôme lipsticks! Will be hard to narrow it down!
