I saw swatches online and it totally reminds me of the ABH Moonchild palette. I’m going to skip, as I already have some Looxi highlighters, but nice there’s another option for those who missed out on Moonchild

Moonchild is still up on the abh site. Idk if they made it perm. Interesting that you thought highlighter, as did I, when this one is being touted as more of a transformer. Hey, multitask when you can.

I also was reminded of the Looxi highlighters! I have them in all four of the corresponding shades for roughly the same price…and possibly more product, lol. Just in a Z-palette instead of this fancy packaging. 😉

I’m curious to see the full review of this, because at first glance it looks very much like ABH Moonchild with less shades. I do think that there is room for improvement vs what Moonchild’s formula is (less powdery, sparkly).

On the one hand, Kat Von D’s line is one of the few that makes me say “Yes! I need the thing!” On the other hand, I have and love the ABH Moonchild palette. Maybe if this turns out to be more shimmery versus Moonchild’s more glittery texture, then I’ll spring for it.

Maybe because my birthday is later this month I’m thinking in terms of age or else I’m just flat out old lol because this doesn’t strike me as gotta have it at all.

Everything old is new again. I have two palettes from Sebastian Trucco Holographic Angel – one is for eyes & face, and the other for lips. They have 5 shades: Gold, Blue, Red/Pink, Violet and Green. The palettes are simple plastic, and not cool looking like this one, but they’re great. IDK if anyone still sells them on Amazon or eBay or wherever you find discontinued products, but the powder ones for sure should still be good. I also have a similar eyeshadow of the same type by The Body Shop. I got it at an airport terminal & I was so happy to find it because I had forgotten to pack the Trucco Palette. I chose the holo violet/blue/purple shade that looks like nothing in the pan, but I put it over a black eyeliner under my eyes and va va voom! So cool!

They’re especially awesome over black & dark shades or as an accent. I love anything that can be used as a topcoat to alter colors whether it’s eyeshadow, lipstick, nail polish, eyeliner, blush, or anything else I can think of. And I love duo-chromes and multi-chromes.

This is on my daughters wish list for Christmas. Disappointed it is only available for special members at Sephora. It’s not worth spending 300$ or more for this gimmick from Kat Von D.
