JD Glow No Way, Sea Weed, Umm Pressed Multichromes Reviews & Swatches
No Way
JD Glow No Way Pressed Multichrome ($15.00 for 0.095 oz.) has a blackened base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between warmer plum to copper to olive green to brighter, chartreuse green paired with a metallic finish. It was intensely pigmented where a little went a long way with a strong, noticeable shift.
The texture was smooth, moderately dense, and creamy with good adhesion to bare skin, though it was slightly thick so it worked well with fingertips over a dry brush (a dampened brush would be preferred, if more precision was necessary). It showed signs of creasing after eight and a half hours of wear.

Formula Overview
$15.00/0.095 oz. - $157.89 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to be "highly pigmented" with a "finely-milled" and "velvety" feel that the brand recommends applying with fingertips. The texture ranged from more densely-packed into the pan to more emollient, almost flaky while still having slip to it.
They were intensely pigmented and very high-shine. The eyeshadows were best applied using a fingertip to press and smooth it on, though I found a dampened brush was pretty easy to use as well (for those wanting more precision). The edges were blendable, but it was easier to use a separate matte eyeshadow to really diffuse and blow out the edge. They lasted between eight and nine hours before creasing visibly on me.

See Weed
JD Glow See Weed Pressed Multichrome ($15.00 for 0.095 oz.) has a blackened base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between emerald green, grass green, teal, and cool blue paired with a metallic finish. The multichrome shift came through strongly, and it was both shiny while having a lot of depth. The consistency was smooth, moderately dense, and creamy, which gave it great adhesion to bare skin without fallout.
It had opaque pigmentation that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out without too much effort along the edge, but it was slightly thicker, which gave it a lot of depth but took away a touch from its ability to blend. It stayed on nicely for eight hours before creasing a bit.

Umm
JD Glow Umm Pressed Multichrome ($15.00 for 0.095 oz.) has a blackened base with multichromatic shimmer that shifted between warmer purple to cooler purple to teal to burgundy to red paired with a metallic finish. The shift was intense–there was no having to hunt for it at all!
The eyeshadow yielded opaque color coverage in a single layer, which applied evenly and smoothly to bare skin without fallout or sheering out too readily. The texture was moderately dense, firmly-pressed but not to the point of being stiff, though it applied better with a fingertip (as recommended by the brand) over a dry brush. It wore well for eight hours before creasing faintly.

How do eyeshadows DO THAT???? UMM has me totally mesmerized. I love the shadow as it looks in the pan and love how magical it seems as it shade shifts. To be honest, though, I don’t know that I want what I put on my eyes changing that much, shifting from blue to red to purple with a turn of my head! But these are gorgeous to look at – sort of like a kaleidoscope.
See Weed would work on me, I think, because it’s not too “out there” for my very hooded, and now aging lid texture that’s becoming a bit more noticeable.
However, Umm is my absolute favorite shade out of these! It’s like 4 or 5 different eye shadow colors all in one! Crazy shifts!
Ok, these are gorgeous!!! I don’t think I have any of their multichromes…yet 😉
You need to try them! Their galaxy shadows are beautiful and I absolutely love the glitter liners they have!
Oh my gosh! These are so amazing. Weird, but when eyeshadows look wet like that I just want to eat them. What the heck?
Gorgeous multichromes and See Weed is just divine. These would not work really well on me with my hooded aging eyes though.
You might be surprised!! My eyelids are fairly textured and hooded and I’m 40. These work really well on my eyes.🤷🏻♀️
Holy mackerel!
See Weed and Umm are gorgeous! I may have to check these out.
I have SeeWeed in the loose format and it’s a glory to behold for sure. I’ve had people ask me what eyeshadow I’ve got on and they’re always stunned when I say just the one. Umm is next on my list.
I have Ummm and Seaweed. I’m a big fan of JD Glow because I can use their shadows on my hooded eyes with no budging or fading and just a basic eyeshadow primer. I get so many compliments on their high impact shades and formulas.
