As much as I hate to say it Fyrinnae liquid lippies kinda suck. The colors and opacity are great, but they feather and bleed so easily that they just look messy. I’d definitely try them again if they could improve on the formula.

The only liquid lipstick I have tried is Revlon’s ColorStay Ultimate Liquid Lipstick in Vigorous Violet, and I wasn’t impressed. It had this really weird, tacky texture that made me feel like I had glue on my lips. It was also really drying.

I bought the same product, in a bright cherry red, and the product was so sticky I got the shivers. After a thin layer of lipstick and some gloss, it was alright, but I don’t think it should be that hard to wear a lip product. Needless to say, I never use the product.

I used a Max Factor Lipfinity once, it was liquid colour that acts like a stain, and then a shiny balm to apply on top. It felt HORRIBLE. Weird, drying sensation, and it just turned flaky and disgusting during the day, whilst being really hard to get off! Total disaster of a product! However – Chanel Rouge Allure Lacques are BEAUTIFUL!

This is a difficult question, because I haven’t tried a vast number of brands of liquid lipsticks (I stick to Chanel for this category, they do it the best in my opinion). But I did try Revlon liquid lipstick and found it patchy, sticky and it wore off within an hour or two.

I tried a Vincent Longo Lip Vinyl when they were on sale on Haute Look a while back. It’s a gorgeous color, (Carmen I think?), but a day or two after it, my lips completely dried out and peeled like mad for days. I can’t be certain, but I think it was that lippie. I’m afraid to try it again to confirm!
