Hare Polish Party Palace Nail Lacquer
Hare Polish Party Palace Nail Lacquer ($10.00 for 0.50 fl. oz.) is described as a “bright fuchsia jelly with small hot orange hexes, white squares, fuchsia micro-glitter, and blue shimmer.” It’s a vibrant, blue-based fucshia pink with white square-shaped glitter, orange hexagonal-shaped glitter, blue and white shimmer all suspended in a squishy, jelly base. I don’t have anything similar to the polish overall; Deborah Lippmann Makin’ Whoopee is similar to the base color, and Illamasqua Obsess is also similar but has no shimmer/sheen at all.
It’s very nearly opaque in two coats but there’s a very subtle translucency that allows it to retain its jelly finish and composition. It’s bold, bright, and complex with multi-sized particles and colors. The consistency wasn’t too thick or too thin, and it flowed well over the nail without bubbling or pooling along the edges. All of the components of the polish dispersed evenly across the nail and didn’t require any pushing or pulling to distribute. I get a week of wear out of Hare’s formula with minor tip wear but no chipping.
Hare will be restocking their spring collection in the next couple of weeks, so my goal is to get reviews for the new collection out before that happens 🙂 This was the very first shade that caught my eye but more to come!

such cute product
SO CUTE! I’ve been dying to try Hare Polish. I may pick this one up.
I would never think to look on esty for nail polish but this is really pretty!
Bought it! Thanks!
Hooky at the Hamlet and Oceans of Alloys have made a complete convert of me. Wow!
Oh it looks very pretty! And the bottle is just adorable 🙂
This is very cute and pretty but it does look a little childish to me.
I literally said “Oh wow, I like that!” I don’t usually make the effort to buy indie (lazy, I know) but I may track this down if I can.
Christine, I really appreciate and like the last picture of your full hand showing the polish. I find that gives a good visual of how the polish looks on in “real life”. 🙂
It’s so bright! *o* But I like it a lot! Great, bold color and nice sparkle/glitter combo.
I pronounced it HAR-RAY and was confused on why there was a rabbit logo. Doh!
That is INSANE! Nicely done, Hare!
Love this!! The shimmer, the bits of glitter, the brightness… I would love a green color even more, though.
It’s very pretty! 🙂
Very pretty.
I would die over this if the red bits were black bits
That is a fabulous colour.
This is cute. I’d never wear it, but I prefer it to the Illamasqua egg-speckle finish that people were recently so excited about
I knew by looking at the bottle it will be so pretty!
I went to etsy immediately to buy this but that color isn’t in stock! 🙁
Oh, jk. I can’t read.
