Formula Overview
$39.00/0.13 oz. - $300.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a "luminous satin finish" that wears down to a "soft-bitten lip stain" with eight-hour wear and "24 hour hydration" that yields "intense color." The pigmentation ranged from semi-opaque to mostly opaque, but they had slight translucency due to the almost watery consistency.
Iniitally, the liquid lipstick felt thin, somewhat watery, but it developed tackiness as it set on my lips. It was lightweight without feeling clingy, which made it comfortable to wear. They did have a fuchsia-like stain (most apparent on the applicators) that became more apparent after an hour or two of wear, which paired well with the darker, red-hued shades but made the lighter shades look uneven over time (until all of it looked stained).
The shades lasted between five and seven hours but tended to look more similar after four hours of wear. The formula felt moderately hydrating while on.

Finally, a colour one might expect to fade to fuschia. This one may be worth the money for a beautiful red. Everything else in the line is ruined by the fuschia stain.
Well Alla, this one plus Summer Cruise because it actually IS a fuchsia to begin with. But just 2 shades worth the money out of the entire range is plain ridiculous!
Well, at least with this being SUCH a cool tone of red, I may not hate the really odd fuchsia stain as much as in the lighter and/or warmer shades.
This is a very pretty brighter red than those that I have and with a blue undertone, also. I think this is a definite possibility. I got rid of a lot of reds when I did my declutter and would like to pick up a few more. I of course kept Ruby Woo, but it is in the original formula and it can be pretty drying on my already dry lips. I have Ilia’s 99 Balloons which I love but I am getting down to the nub on it and I haven’t found the color online anywhere in the USA. As I mentioned yesterday, I am picking up Cruella from Nars and am open to any other suggestions. I really don’t wear warm toned reds at all.
Yes, this one may well be worth it as you would expect it to leave the fuschia stain behind.
