Giorgio Armani Amore (51) Glow Blush Review & Swatches
Amore (51)
Giorgio Armani Amore (51) Glow Blush ($38.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a brighter, medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a slightly cooler, barely-there pink pearl that gave it a glowing, satin-like finish.
- Medium, buildable color payoff
- Velvety, finely-milled, smooth consistency
- Applied evenly and blended out with little effort
- Long-wearing (9 hours before fading visibly)

Formula Overview
$38.00/0.12 oz. - $316.67 Per Ounce
The formula is described as "ultra-finely milled" that has a "soft focus, glowy effect" and "buildable, blendable" coverage that lasts. The powder blush had a very smooth, silky texture that was, as described, finely-milled without being too powdery nor too firmly-pressed into the pan.
There was a velvety quality to the powder that made it incredibly easy to apply and to diffuse on bare skin or on top of foundation. I also found that the glowy aspect was there: skin looked slightly radiant without being overtly shimmery (except for one blush shade which had actual, visible shimmer).
On my normal-to-dry skin, the formula lasted eight to nine hours with the more mid-tone and deeper hues lasting closer to nine hours on me before they started to fade gradually and evenly.

I may have no choice but to buy this (it’s a pricey beauty here in Canada) – it’s the sort of blush I’d wear the daylight out of (out of which I’d wear the daylights?). An A+ and a glowing finish! Who could ask for more?
If my Natasha Denona Pink from the Love duo dries up, I’m going to get this STUNNER! It has just enough depth to show up on my face, and I actually love the look of it more than ND Love Pink, too.
Now this is one that I would like to try – the shade colour is right, the rating perfect and I just would have to see how the finish looks. It doesn’t seem too ‘glowy’ or ‘dewy’ to me in the photos. Do you need to use a light hand for this one?
