Have you done sports-themed makeup?

Have you done sports-themed makeup? What did you do? Share!

I don’t think I really have, but I can’t remember for sure. I might have done something for a football team once (I feel like I thought about it but never followed through).

Honestly not but I could imagine it would be really cool to create for example a makeup for skiing or ice skating what are the sports we do mostly at the moment in Bavaria 🙂

Yes, our team colors are pretty wearable -the Niners are red and gold, so I did bold red lips and gold shadow. The SF Giants are black and orange, so I did a smokey eye and orangey lip gloss.

My brother does the face painting, LOL! He’s a Raiders fan, and I had a heck of a time trying to find a good silver! On the upside, I’ve inherited some pretty decent products that didn’t quite work for him, as he’s pretty lazy when it comes to shopping for anything, mand he just hits Sephora.

My team’s colors are orange and black (go SF Giants!), so I tend to stick to nail polish and nail art when it comes to supporting them. It’s a fun game to play in NoCal in fall during a year they’re in the post season–looking at people’s nails and wondering “Giants fan? Or just really into Halloween?”

Good Gods, no. 🙂 I am absolutely not a team sports person – I have no objection to their existence, or other peoples’ interest in them, but I’ve never personally…felt the hype, as it were. And this despite (or perhaps because of??) growing up in a country where rugby is a religion strong enough that it’s practically recognised by the state. ^_^

When I played roller derby I would use eyeshadow and eyeliners to match my teamcolors.first year it was green after that it was purple.

Nope! Sports are so not my thing. I regularly do comic book themed make up though. If I have a science exam, you can pretty much bet my makeup is in either Hulk or IronMan colors. (one’s a scientist, one’s an engineer.) It’s for luck!

i used to coach cheerleading for elementary school girls and on the day of their exhibition my coworker and i did our 1st grade class AMAZINGGGG!!!!!! the team colors were red and blue so we went full out blue and silver glitter eyeshadow on their eyes with bright red lipstick! they all felt like beauty queens and loved the awesome job we did on their makeup, and we won the exhibition that day ! 😀

I did my makeup for the last two championships and will again for the Super Bowl today. I’m a Patriots fan, and their colors are blue, red, and silver. I don’t do red eyeshadow, but I use blue and silver on my eyes and paint my nails red.

Yes! When I was in grad school my husband and I used to go to the football games in a small town in northern Texas. Their colors were burgundy and yellow (not gold unfortunately lol). That was my first and last attempt at mustard yellow. But it was fun!

I don’t like sports, but I do like excuses to wear unusual colors in public. Last year I wore blue + green lips and eyes to work for the Superbowl, and fortunately I get to do the same this year. Because Seahawks.

I have, I usually like to wear whatever eye shadow color corresponds with the team I’m rooting for! Yankees, Rangers, Giants- Navy Blue, Jets- Green, Knicks- I usually do a peachy lips. Going to games are fun and using the makeup I have helps it to be a little more girly.

Yes, I have! Whenever my favorite fotball team, the New York Giants get near to going into the playoffs, it starts, little at first like red lips and nails for game day. Or smoky blue eye look. If they go into playoffs, about the same, but maybe blue eyeliner to go with the red lips and nails. Super Bowl means cray-cray territory here! Red lips, blue eye makeup and nails in blue AND red!!! I did mention cray-cray, right? Last year, my son’s team, the Denver Broncos went, so I did do my nails in blue and orange for his team!

LAST YEAR, I went to a Super Bowl Party. I did an eyeshadow look in honor of the Seahawks. I wore a blue, purple and silver eyeshadow combination with a navy blue liner a hint of lime green in the tear duct.I wore Macs Heroine lipstick lined with nightmoth liner. I applied Prize Shine Chromeglass on top.

Not that memory serves, but I’m a fan of underwater ballet makeup and cirque de soleil! I aggressively played sports and had no use for team colors when sweating and moving so much! But I did have a signature look I used for pro dancing, tribal, modern, breakdancing, and I guess that counts! 😀 yay!
