Dominique Celestial Storm Eyeshadow Palette ($44.00 for 0.50 oz.) is a new palette for fall that includes 12 shades with a mix of shimmers and mattes. It will be available at Sephora soon, but there is no specific launch date yet (but it is available through the brand presently).
Note: There are three shades that are listed as Pressed Pigments: Electric Amethyst, Lucid Dream, and Astrid Lust; the ingredient list says they “may contain” Red 7 and Red 28, which are not currently approved by the FDA for use on the immediate eye area, though they are approved for use on the eyes in EU (via CosIng).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when
a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set
expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up
being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!
Your hair, gloss, and eyes just compliment each other so much in this look. Gorgeous!
I really like Dominique Cosmetics formula of the Latte palette, but haven’t bit the bullet for any others yet. I quite like the color story of this new palette – especially the six on the left. I don’t think I will get this anytime soon because I have a lot of new shadows that are darker/bolder colors like these and I really don’t need to keep adding to my collection. I am going to put this on the wish list though and maybe get it at the end of the year.
YIKES, this is gorgeous. Your eye look alone will make me buy this palette. Honestly, I would buy this before the ND Gold. These shades look so vibrant for fall and not the usual grayed down shades. I really want this but will wait for reviews. I am like a lemming drawn to the vibrant colours.
I like the look of all the colors together in the pan, but not the look of all the shades together in swatch form. There’s nothing wrong with the swatches, they look nice, it just loses something for me.
I am mostly at a standstill when it comes to e/s palettes these days. I have sooo much and I’m not a fan of pigment looking shadows nor rainbow brights; esp. those that are intensely pigmented. I also do not suit the warmer 70’s vibe earthy shades which have come back on the scene. There are a couple of interesting shades in the palette, but definitely not enough to have me thinking of buying.
It really is quite celestial and stormy all at once! I’m not sure what is going on with Stargaze, but a weak teal shimmer is peculiar. Before I pass judgement on this palette, I’ll await your verdict on it.
I’ll repeat some of the others’ comments. This palette is right on time with your hair! Gorgeous! This palette speaks to me, too. I do love the bright colors.
What a perfect match between your gorgeous eye look and beautiful hair!
The swatches look good but I wonder about the shade selection: no greens and I think the Storm Dust shade is out of place.
I am thinking that brands can’t make the red/bright pink shades without that ingredient that is unsafe for the eye area.
I am so thrilled for this. i’m probably just going to buy from the website like I did with Lemonade tomorrow when I get paid. Her formula has far and away become my favorite, and I use either B&C or Rustic Glam every time I do my makeup.
I’m also going back into cosmetics full time so that’s another excuse.

As has been said your eyes and hair are gorgeous. In addition, although I like most of the palette, I was surprised and disappointed by the Stargaze swatch. So drab for such a vibrant presentation.
The mattes look amazing! A few of the shimmers leave a little something to be desired tho… that said, I may have to consider picking this one up just for the reference to my name! 😀
Maybe it was just me, but I felt like there was a big difference in the formula of the Lemonade palette and the Berries and Cream and Latte palettes. Would you say this one is closer to Berries or Lemonade? I am on the fence about this one because part of me feels like I don’t need it given I already have B&C and Rustic Glam. It seems, based on photos, that there are only 1 or 2 shades in this palette that aren’t closely duped in the others.

Anyone know if/when this will land at Sephora? I have a giftcard burning a hole in my pocket and I want to get this palette!

The palette matches perfectly with your hair. It’s a very pretty combo!
Haha! I had it recolored the day the palette arrived, and I was like, “guess I know what I’m wearing in pics!”
Ah! Your hair just makes me want to colour mine again. I say it every time you post your hair pics. LOL!

Love your eye look, it definitely has the celestial storm vibes.
Best hair/eye combo ever, Christine!
Thank you, Jessica!
This is beautiful! I’m not likely to use many of these colors, so I am unlikely to purchase the palette, but gosh, are the colors attractive.
It’s not something I would choose for myself but it is undeniably gorgeous!
Not a palette for me, but wow, your eye look is gorgeous!
Thanks, Sandy!

Can’t wait for the dupes!
Gorgeous palette!

I saw her swatch these on Instagram this morning, four of the shades are supposed to be toppers. I’m disappointed by that.

Ooh, this is pretty. Black Matter is the most intriguing color in there, but I love the whole thing. Good color story, vibrant and beautiful.
