Introducing Dior’s first ever pre-fall color collection created exclusively for Nordstrom and inspired by the Raf Simons’ Dior pre-fall fashion collection of classic lines and sumptuous colors. Featuring modern, feminine and sophisticated shades, the Dior Color Icons Collection is as timeless as it is current.
For eyes, two shades of Dior Fusion Mono Eyeshadow—a classic smoky blue and a shimmering silver—can be paired with a Dior 3-Couleurs Eyeshadow palette in exquisite shades of gold while a Diorshow Art Pen in deep navy adds depth to the lash line. For the lips, Rouge Dior Lipstick in shades of classic red and vibrant fuchsia can be paired, mixed and matched with two shades of Dior Addict Fluid Stick in glossy red and juicy pink. Cheeks are dusted in a shimmering rose shade of Diorblush.
An array of Dior Vernis shades add the perfect finishing touch to this flattering beauty look: a shimmering gold, a mysterious charcoal or a classic Dior red can be paired with the exclusive Dior Nail Artistry Box.

I really love the fusion eyeshadows, they look so incredible in evening lighting, so that’s a definite possibility. Yesterday, I was inspired by your recent MUG look and I was searching for a ‘cream’ shadow in a pale silver or sheer white in my stash, and I was rather surprised to find I don’t have one. wtf..

GEEZ – it’s not even officially SUMMER yet and the fall collections are starting? I generally love fall but we had such a hard, long winter and a cold spring (with SNOW!!!) and I would really like to enjoy summer for a while without reminders of how brief its lease is (and I am not usually a person who even likes summer!) Having said all that, I do like the look of the eye shadow box!
I say it every year, but I really think they get earlier and earlier each year, LOL!

I am absolutely thrilled that the Fluid Stick in Mona Lisette is going to be released in the U.S. as part of this collection. I was so sad that is was exclusive to Europe before this!

I have to say…I’ve always been a Chanel girl, but I find Dior’s been killing it lately with their releases, while Chanel’s have been leaving me a bit cold. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing swatches of this collection!

I’ve never been a fan of Dior’s glitterball eyeshadow formula. It always looks so pretty but doesn’t translate well in application.
I just can’t believe the Fall collections are being announced already when the first official day of Summer hasn’t even arrived.
