IT Cosmetics Radiant in Rose Vitality Cheek Stain

IT Cosmetics Radiant in Rose Vitality Cheek Stain ($24.00 for 0.136 oz.) is a rosy plum with subtle, cool undertones and a frosted, luminous sheen. MAC Sweet Samba (LE, $27.00) is lighter. theBalm Pinstripe (P, $22.00) is very similar. MAC Plum Foolery (P, $21.00) is less red. See comparison swatches / view dupes.

The blush has a soft, silky consistency that makes it incredibly blendable on the skin, despite being richly pigmented. It’s the kind of pigmentation where a little goes a long way, but thankfully the formula is forgiving enough that softening and diffusing color (even if you’ve over-applied!) is easily achieved. What I find neat about the product is that it looks a lot like a cheek stain once applied, but the texture is definitely powder. The finish seems like it might emphasize pores, but it gives a really soft, luminous finish that isn’t frosty once buffed and blended on the skin. For me, this shade lasted for almost ten hours before it faded slightly.

These are really nice! I think I like this color better than the last one (the one that was more berry/plum). I wish my to-buy list wasn’t so long so I could have room for these…

I like this but really love the mauve one you showed a few days back. As I’m pretty sure I’ve said before, IT makes some terrific products. They don’t have a huge line of stuff but almost everything I’ve had from them has been really, really great.

I’ve been eyeing this for a while, but was hesitant because it’s so pigmented that I was afraid of clown cheeks, but since blush is always disappearing on me, I will spring for one. I think I just missed the IT sale, but QVC usually has deals and Ulta carries it. Probably a light pink for me

Hello Katherine! From what I’m aware of and seen myself, one need only lightly touch the brush to this for great color payoff yet if you add too much, it has this magical ability to still look great! 😀 I’m lemming the darker one!

Dude, so pretty… There are no words, Christine. (Hella envious of flawless doll mug) 😉 How are you liking these compared with your other favorites?

This looks so beautiful on you Christine! I’ve been into theBalm blushes lately so I’ll definitely check out your recommended dupes for it if I can’t get hold of this 🙂

These blushes are coming through as super impressive! 😀 I love how the sheen in this one is there, but not, if that makes sense. You look so rosy and healthy! (not that you look sick otherwise, LOL!)

I have this in Pretty in Peony and just ordered Radiant in Rose. QVC has the blush with the It Cosmetics blush brush for $35. I already own the brush which is the best blush brush I have owned. I will be giving the 2nd brush to my Mom for Christmas. I love the blush, but I adore the brush!
