ColourPop x Sailor Moon From the Moon Blush Review & Swatches
From the Moon
ColourPop From the Moon Pressed Powder Blush ($12.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a medium, fuchsia pink with cooler, blue undertones and a matte finish. It had buildable coverage from medium to mostly opaque, which was in line with the product’s description. The texture was moderately powdery in the pan, so I’d recommend tapping off excess prior to applying to ensure more precise application of the blush to the skin.
It blended out fairly evenly but wasn’t the most easiest to diffuse along the edges. To help it along, I’d recommend applying over a matte foundation or dusting some translucent powder over your skin first (which will give it better blendability). It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview
$12.00/0.28 oz. - $42.86 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to go on "smoothly" and have a "natural and healthy flush" that has "long wear" and "can be layered to your desired intensity." It is a lightly to moderately powdery powder blush with semi-sheer to semi-opaque, buildable color payoff. The consistency has a drier, thinner feel and though it feels silky to the touch, I found it the type of powder blush can be tricky to blend out evenly on the skin, depending on one's skin type or base preferences. The drier the skin/base, the better the formula would blend, but any natural oils or slip caused the blush to go on unevenly and was difficult to blend out. The wear was between seven and eight hours on me on average.

Such a beautiful, bright shade of fuchsia! Unfortunately, it probably wouldn’t look so hot on me personally. But, I do love it.
I had this blush in my cart, waited in the queue. And when I got to check out both of the blushes were removed and sold out. Disappointed because the blushes were what I was most excited about in this collection. Hopefully they’ll re-release the blushes.
That’s what happened to me too. I got on at exactly 1 pm, had the blush and palette in my cart and tried to pay through PayPal. It wouldn’t go through so I just did the regular checkout process. I waited in queue forever only to have the blush removed from my cart. What a joke. I hate these old MAC-like sales techniques.
Same thing happened to me. So disappointed because that was all I really wanted.
Thts exactly what happened to me. Super disappointed as well was able to buy usagi before it sold out. Hope they restock
This is a really pretty blush and with the cool undertone it would likely look great on me but I am not feeling it personally. Looks like it would be some work and I have so many that work better so I will pass on this, at least for now. I understand it is sold out so that helps with the FOMO !!
I absolutely love this shade. This kitty is so cute, too. I don’t remember its name.
