ColourPop Jack Skellington Lux Lipstick ($7.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a deep, ruby red with strong, cool blue undertones and a satin finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage that applied evenly and comfortably across my lips without tugging.
The texture was lightly creamy, smooth, and lightweight without being overly emollient, so it stayed in place well. There was a touch of product in my deeper lip lines but not enough to be noticeable in person. It wore well for over six hours, left a strong stain behind, and felt hydrating while worn.

The formula that is supposed to be a "creamy-matte" that "glides on like butter, doesn't feather or bleed, and lasts so long you'll forget you're even wearing it." The majority of the shades were quite pigmented with full color payoff in a single stroke with a few in the more semi-opaque coverage range.
The texture was, on average, smooth, lightly creamy, and not too thick or too thin, so there was no tugging during application but the color didn't feel slippery while worn, which made them easier to apply straight from the tube and low-maintenance on the lips.
They tend to dry and wear down to a soft matte finish within one to three hours of wear, and while they are very lightweight on, they hug the lips more as they become more matte (compared to initial feel). The wear time has been between four and six hours for most shades, and most shades were non-drying to lightly hydrating. They were vanilla-scented but had no discernible taste.

Oogie Boogie
ColourPop Oogie Boogie Lux Lipstick ($7.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a muted, medium-dark peach with moderate, warm undertones and a cream finish. It had opaque color payoff paired with a creamy, smooth consistency that was lightweight with moderate slip.
The product applied fairly evenly, but it was more prone to separating along deeper lip lines and around lip texture, so you’ll want to exfoliate prior to using this color. It lasted well for four hours and felt moisturizing over time.

ColourPop Sally Lux Lipstick ($7.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a vivid, deeper magenta with cool, blue undertones and a satin finish. It had opaque pigmentation, but the texture seemed a little too emollient as it was prone to settling into my deeper lip lines and didn’t apply as evenly to the inner area of my lips. Otherwise, the lipstick had a creamy feel, which made it comfortable to apply and to wear, and it did leave a strong stain behind.
It was a shade I’d apply over a lip liner or lip primer, or barring those, blotted down a bit, which reduced some of the slip and smoothed out the color (but also made it more matte). It stayed on well for over six hours and felt hydrating while worn.

Oogie Boogie and Jack Skellington both look great! But, even if I were a fan of the franchise, I’m up to my eyeballs in nudey-peachy and red lipsticks.
