ColourPop She's a Natural Eyeshadow Quad Review & Swatches
She's a Natural
ColourPop She’s a Natural Pressed Powder Shadow Quad ($9.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a new, all-matte, neutral eyeshadow quad that was moderately warm-toned and more light to light-medium in depth. All four shades were pigmented, blendable, and long-wearing with the biggest “con” being that the formula was lightly to moderately powdery, so using a lighter hand or tapping off excess would be ideal. They were more of a velvety-matte, which gave them a denser, more substantial feel.

Only One
Only One is a light-medium peach with strong, warm orange undertones and a matte finish. It had opaque color coverage paired with a soft, blendable consistency that was somewhat powdery, which resulted in a bit of sheerness in practice. It wore well for seven and a half hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview
$4.50/0.05 oz. - $90.00 Per Ounce
The new Pressed Powder Shadow formula is supposed to be “highly pigmented” with an “ultra-velvety and silky” texture that is “long-wearing” and “adheres easily to the eyes.” Most of the shades have semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation that applies well to bare skin, blends out without issue, and lasts for seven to eight hours.
The matte eyeshadows tend to be a little more powdery, though soft and finely-milled, in the pan, while the shimmers have a creamier, dense consistency. Occasionally, the more sparkly or metallic shades apply better with fingertips or a dampened brush.

Babe (She's a Natural)
Babe (She’s a Natural) is a light brown with warm, peachy undertones and a matte finish. The texture was somewhat powdery, though it was finely-milled, velvety, and substantial enough to maintain its full opacity when applied to bare skin. It stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.

On Track
On Track is a medium-dark brown with neutral-to-warm undertones and a matte finish. The texture was smooth, more velvety, and finely-milled, which ensured it was blendable but there was light powderiness to it that required a lighter-hand to avoid fallout. It had opaque color coverage that wore well for eight hours before fading visibly.

Just as good as the last three!
This might be my first purchase from Colour Pop.
This is a very good little matte quad in basic shades, very useful for those who use them to complement the shimmer shades in other palettes.
It’s almost like… Focusing on quality over quantity of shades in the palettes leads to better results!
