ColourPop Gone Metal 9-Pan Pressed Powder Palette ($14.00 for 0.32 oz.) is a new, permanent smoky-eye themed color story designed exclusively for Target. The palette contained five matte eyeshadows and four shimmer shades in tones of gray, taupe, and black. The quality was good across the board with mattes that were pigmented and blendable with light powderiness, while the shimmers were easy to use with a dry brush or a fingertip as desired.

As much as I love this palette, I do have enough very similar vibes with my old Viseart Chroma Theory palette along with a quad of MAC Pro Pan singles to fill in the gaps. But, that said, this is a beautiful palette!

Anyhow have any other rec’s for something similar.. not much of a colorpop fan for the formula and I hate going down that rabbit hole when I am on their site. I buy too much and use too little.
I’m always drawn to this type of color story but it doesn’t add anything unique to my collection since I only wear cool tones and have these shades countless times over. That said, I’m pleasantly surprised to see a ColourPop palette that isn’t cool toned in name only.

Gosh, this is totally giving me “Stone Cold Fox” palette vibes just in a mini version. I certainly don’t need this but I do love it- would be perfect for travel when I don’t want to carry 3 palettes to recreate this. Hmmm….
