Top Dupes
- ColourPop Ale (LE, $10.00) is more pigmented, warmer (85% similar).
- NARS Freestyle (LE, $26.00) is more pigmented, warmer (80% similar).
Formula Overview
$8.00/0.2 oz. - $40.00 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have an "ultra-glassy" finish that is "super comfy" to wear. The coverage was designed to be sheerer and packed with "prismatic pearls." They were smooth, comfortable to wear, and easy to apply as they weren't prone to settling into lip lines as much as most glosses.
The texture was lightly tacky and thicker than most of the brand's glosses, but they did deliver on the "ultra-glassy" shine. I couldn't feel the sparkles/shimmers when I pressed my lips together. The formula lasted four to five hours and was hydrating on me. They had a faint, vanilla-ish scent.

Having grown up in San Clemente and Dana Point, I don’t really associate brown with the area. I guess when it comes to a gloss it doesn’t matter but I always see blue when I think of the area. I graduated from San Clemente High School, go Tritons. I lived in Dana Point over the ocean. What a wonderful childhood I had. Not into brown glosses so easy pass.
Unless one either uses a lip liner or similar color lipstick, or has similarly pigmented lips, these don’t seem easy to use. Since my lips could potentially work with Dana Point, this one is pretty tempting.
These lip glosses look quite good if you just want a swish of colour on your lips.
