Formula Overview
$8.00/0.06 oz. - $133.33 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a "glowy" finish that is hydrating and gives buildable color with "buildable, glowy shine." They managed to feel more velvety and glide-on rather than melty and glossy, despite the end result having a moderate about of shine and glow. As a result, the formula was more like a balmy lipstick than a glossy lip balm.
The coverage ranged from semi-sheer to semi-opaque but were generally in the more medium, buildable range, which was in line with the brand's marketing. They were fruity in scent but had no discernible taste. The shades applied evenly, felt comfortable to wear, and typically lasted three to four hours with moderate hydrating.

Red Hot looks like such a shiny and nice red balm. I have it in my sights, for sure.
What is the difference between hydrating vs. moisturizing in your reviews?
No different in my reviews, just trying to use different words 🙂
Red Hot is absolute 🔥!
I also really like Candy Kisses to use as a MLBB with my Nyx Mauve SLP.
I can see getting Red Hot. It’s $8 and LE and might be fun as a brighter, not so serious lipstick. The other two pale pinks I may grab for an Easter Basket ‘bunny find’ I give to granddaughters. I usually like to give them light and inexpensive makeup in their baskets !
Christine, have you ever thought of doing merchandise? I would buy it, if it shipped to Australia for reasonable price.
That’s very sweet of you to say! I haven’t thought about it really – at most, maybe taking some photos or the like and making something makeup-related onto a print or mug but not serious thought.
A cup/mug with your branding or pictures on it would be great for keeping brushes in! 🙂 I would buy that.
Maybe you could do a trial with one of those print on demand companies, I think you just give them whatever designs you want printed and they put it on one of a bunch of things; stickers, magnets, t shirts, mugs, etc and they only make it when someone buys it (as far as I know) so there’s no waste and there isn’t the risk of, say, printing off heaps of shirts no one ends up buying.
I think there would be lots of other people that would want to show support for you and your website, and it could help with costs.
Those are good companies for anyone starting off for sure! 🙂 Thank you for the suggestion!!
