ColourPop Cabana Club Collection is a new, Ulta-exclusive collection (at least, for now–sometimes these Ulta-exclusives eventually make their way to ColourPop’s site!) that includes an eyeshadow palette, three eyeliners, and three cream blushes. Here are swatches!

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I posted about this on reddit but initially/at one point on the ulta website all the shades from the cabana club palette were listed as all repromotes! Someone also compared the shades on instgram/reddit and they were practically the same except for the Limelight shades

“Colourpop Cabana Club…repeat shades?!

I was just perusing ultas site and noticed the description shade names don’t match the shade names in the picture for the palette. I also swear that copa cutie is probably garden date from the sweet talk palette. Other shades that jumped out at me were sista/cha cha cha from the good sport palette and the turquoise–which would be cool off/the pisces from the zodiac palette….its cool to see the curations but what’re people’s thoughts? I think it’s a little shady lol

Shades listed in description (shade from ulta image):

Better bitter (High Season) – betterbitter from “I think I love you” palette, not to be confused with bitter better from take me home palette although honestly they’re both pretty similar 🤦‍♀️

Carmelo (Rattan) – Becky g salvaje palette had a caramelo so maybe a typo? Or it’s a new shade…

Woke (Bikini) – Woke is in chasing rainbows, strawberry shake and gimme butterflies palettes

The Pisces (Cool off) – pisces from zodiac palette

Oh Behave (Go Bananas) – another typo?? Oh Beehave in uh huh honey palette

Garden Date (Copa Cutie) – garden date from sweet talk

Gilded (Limelight) – Gilded from ornate 9 pan palette

Chauffer (Bahama Mama) – chauffer from yes please palette and a flutter 12 pan

Pass it On (Take it Easy) – Pass it On in whatever palette

Templeton (Throw Shade) – Templeton from sandstone palette

Sista (Cha Cha Cha) – sista from good sport

Clued in (Pool Party) – Clued in from blue moon

Edit: did more research into all the shades and added them into the comment. This is potentially great if you missed out on some previous palettes and want some of the shades or it’s a color story that works for you but I guess I wish they were a bit more up front that this palette has repromote shades? Seems like this whole palette is just repromotes!”

I noticed that as well! I have seen some brands use existing shades as placeholders but they are actually new. The issue with ColourPop is they have released so much at this point that everything they release seems to have a very close past shade (for eyeshadow)!
