ColourPop Avalon Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is described as a “true golden bronze with a pink duochrome finish.” It’s a medium-dark copper with warm, orange-red undertones and a frosted sheen that shifts from gold to pink subtly. Becca Blushed Copper (LE, $38.00) is a powder, redder. LORAC Unapologetic (LE) is a powder, less shimmery. Becca Papaya/Topaz (P, $27.00) is less shimmery. MAC Magnetic Appeal (LE, $30.00) is a powder. Too Faced Sun Bunny #1 (P) is a powder. Disney by Sephora Golden Sands (LE, $55.00) is yellower, powder. MAC Worldly Wealth (LE, $21.00) is similar. This shade was richly pigmented and could easily be worn as a blush or bronzer, not just as a highlighter. If you apply it with a feathery or duo-fiber brush and a moderate hand, you can get subtle color out of it with a stronger sheen. It had a pearly sheen when blended out on the cheeks and only looks really metallic if left at full coverage; the more it gets buffed and blended, it becomes more luminous. It didn’t emphasize pores (it’s not going to camouflage them, though!), and the consistency was lightly creamy, smooth, and blendable. The color wore well for nine hours on me before fading.

Nice for darker or warmer toned skin. And this would be great for travel since it can be used as bronzer, highlighter, and blush.

When you do a round up of all the highlighters, do you think you would be able to give recommendations based on skin color? Fair, light, medium and deep?
Pretty much all of them will suit a myriad of skin tones, but it’ll depend more on what kind of highlighter you want! 🙂
Love this shade! Wore it twice and already dubbing it my personal favorite highlighter. It can be subtly placed for the front row to see, or really GLOW for the people in the back row, and added bonus that particular shade is vegan 🙂

This was the first shade I knew I was going to want. It’s soo beautiful! I’m glad it’s similar to Magnetic Appeal and Worldly Wealth because I love both. It’ll be nice to have a cream option for the warmer months
