Clionadh Luna Powder Highlighter ($12.50 for 0.21 oz.) is a bright, almost silvery-tinged, white with an intense, metallic finish. It had nearly opaque color coverage in a single layer, which applied better over more mattified skin (whether that was set with powder or more naturally matte) as it seemed more prone to looking caky otherwise. The consistency felt smooth, lightly creamy, and finely-milled but slightly thicker overall. The shine and metallic finish didn’t seem to accentuate my skin’s natural texture. It wore well for eight and a half hours before fading visibly.

Formula Overview

There's not much that describes the formula other than it has a "soft, buildable application." They tended to be quite pigmented--semi-opaque to fully opaque--with soft, smoother textures that weren't too dense nor too softly-pressed into the pan. For sheerer or more buildable application, I'd highly recommend using a lighter hand a less-dense brush to do so.
The texture was typically smooth, slightly dense and a bit thicker than most powder highlighters on the market, so they often needed to be really buffed and diffused on the skin. The finishes were often more intense, leaning toward metallic, and occasionally, they emphasized my skin's natural texture when worn at higher coverage levels. They wore between eight and nine hours on me for the most part.

I am so intrigued by this brand. Do you know if they ship to Europe? I can’t find any info on the website and it says they are temporary closed
I think they do, but I’m not 100% sure what countries! They are a Canadian brand. They’re supposed to reopen in December!
Not bad per se, but I’ll just stick with my huge pan of Ofra Glazed Donut! I prefer a warmer white that can easily be sheered out, otherwise it looks ashy on me.
I am more interested in picking up the medium highlighter. I have the deep coming to me but plan on getting this also.

This is a beauty so need or no need, I want it.
I’ll have to locate and swatch my highlighters to see if I have anything even remotely like this one, if not I hope it’ll be around for a while so I can get it later.
