I use tall glasses filled with glass beads, and then I keep brushes by type (crease brushes vs. blending brushes) in each.

I have half a dozen blushes or so that I consider my go-tos, which I keep in a basics drawer. The rest are sorted by brand, then formula. A few brands are alphabetized (MAC and NARS for sure), since they stack/fit so well.
