Neiman Marcus, and I would replace a few Rouge Gs that I use often, a handful of Tom Ford Lip Balms, and Cle de Peau Lipglosses/Lipsticks. It wouldn't go far if I spent it that way, haha!

There’s little not to like about a good lip balm that keeps your lips soft, smooth, and hydrated! I wish more lip balms, generally, contained SPF (but didn’t have any taste!).

15-25, I think. I like enough variety so that multiple skin tones can benefit while not getting overwhelmed by a collection's size.

Using a sponge/Beautyblender to press loose powder into the skin -- seems to help minimize powderiness, especially around the eyes.
