I like the idea of black eyeshadow and eyeliner, but I don’t wear either often. I think I just overdid the black eyeliner years ago, and now with so many colors out there, I can’t resist something else!

Deeper blush shades, like berry, red or burgundy, I tend to skip if I’m not testing something in that shade family. If I’m picking by personal preference, I go for more medium colors! But I love the way deeper shades look in the pan, haha!
I don’t know if I’ve ever met a coral lipstick that I didn’t like in terms of color, but you won’t find me opting to wear anything really drying!

Though neither is a small brand, I think Too Faced and Tarte are having a “moment” so-to-speak and are increasing their reach exponentially at the moment. Bite also had really great success with their relaunch of their core lipstick range, so it’ll be interesting to see if they branch out...
