I love how intense a liquid formula can make the color appear; they often have a deeper, richer look to them, but it’s finding a formula that packs that level of pigmentation, dries down fast enough, and is still blendable enough to make it easy to work with that’s key.

I think these brands are a little harder to obtain or else significantly pricier if you’re outside the US (even accounting for online, but I could be remembering wrong or just flat out wrong) — Bite Beauty, ColourPop, and Glossier come to mind.
