What kind of wear and longevity do you look for in a foundation? What's most/least important?

What kind of wear and longevity do you look for in a foundation? What's most/least important?

The majority of it should last 8-9 hours without touchups, but it needs to wear down evenly and not look patchy for the next few hours after that. I don’t want to see heavy settling/creasing into lines or emphasis/gathering around dryness or skin texture.

What products are you least likely to splurge on?

What products are you least likely to splurge on?

Cleansers and body washes, since they don’t sit on the skin long and just go down the drain, so being efficacious is important but spending a lot is not typically necessary. I will splurge on lipstick, but I think you can find stellar lipstick formulas at all price points.

Do you enjoy beauty-related video content?

I’ve moved away from consuming beauty-related video content outside of whatever is necessary to stay in the loop, and I wouldn’t say I consumed a lot prior either. Like on TikTok, I’ve just decided no beauty at all for me! I just want to enjoy it as a social media platform.
