Guerlain KissKiss Shine Bloom Lipstick ($39.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a new, permanent formula that is supposed to have “full coverage” with a hydrating, lightweight feel that is available in 20 shades. That “full coverage” claim was really where the formula went awry! It was more semi-sheer to medium for most shades with a few of the darker reds being closer to semi-opaque to opaque coverage. It was more like a tinted balm with noticeable transparency, which some like, so this definitely seemed like a product that marketed itself wrong!
