If I had known about this, I might not have bought MAC Soft Frost, as I prefer Becca’s formula. Then again the swatches I’ve seen on IG look way pinker than Soft Frost, so maybe I could just have both. But I also want the Kevyn Aucoin Ibiza highlighter… Hm, how many violet highlighters is too many? ?

I’m SO excited about this!! Becca’s regular permanent highlighters aren’t my thing, (they’re all too dark and/or yellowy gold on my skin) but the last limited edition one they put out, the rose quartz, that is one of my HG highlighters! I couldn’t believe they finally put out a shade perfect for fair skin and then they took it away again!! Now this lavender looks amazing and I adore duochrome so yeah, I’m psyched. Like someone else said, though, I now wish I would’ve not bothered with mac’s soft frost! ohh well…

I’m intrigued to see the difference in swatches between this and the new purpley kevin aucoin!

Rachel,
I am sure you are correct and it will be gone in a heartbeat. I have promised myself to try and be better about jumping on this whole LE, limited quantity, hyped bandwagon but sometimes it is hard to resist.

Oh, this is beautiful. Like many others I picked up MAC Soft Frost and again would have preferred this formula. Oh well, I will wait and see how it swatches and then decide if I am going to go crazy trying to get it and failing, LOL.

Ugh I’d rather have this than Princess Cut! I wish I’d know… I usually ?JS’s Skin Frost’s, but that one is seriously lacking in pigmentation & just a super stiff formula (at least mine is).
Also, whhhhhhyyyy does Becca have to make these LE?!! I want the Rose Quartz one so bad & think it would be a great addition to their line. Not everyone wants a warm highlight.

I wonder how this compares to the new NYX Chromatic powders. I love the idea of duochrome highlighters and have been asking for them for years, but they’re still a trend that might fade away soon.

Pleasant surprise when I went to add this to my Sephora loves list this morning: it’s available for all VIBs, not just Rouge! I already placed my order 🙂
