Please keep discussion on-topic, and if you have general feedback, a product review request, an off-topic question, or need technical support, please contact us!

Please help us streamline the comments' section and be more efficient: double-check the post above for more basic information like pricing, availability, and so on to make sure your question wasn't answered already. Comments alerting us to typos or small errors in the post are appreciated (!) but will typically be removed after errors are fixed (unless a response is needed).

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!

I’ll buy the nars bengali eyeshadow, since sephora doesn’t have it. and i think i’ll pick up a backup of nars creamy concealer in biscuit, cos you need to spend 35 for free shipping, i was gonna pick up the concealer at sephora sale anyways, so….
and at sephora i’ll just pick up the hourglass trio.

Why do Ulta and Beauty.com and Sephora do their 20% off sales at the same time? Don’t they know if they spaced them out more, we’d all probably buy something from each of them? I’ll probably just do a Sephora haul, and leave it at that. Better for the wallet, at least!

Yes! I think I’ll go with them, since Sephora always sells out quick, this is sooner and getting dollars off for future purchases is far more attractive to me. Not a fan of Sephora’s system. I’m VIB Rouge and it’s not too exciting.

I love me some Kevyn Aucoin, and I wanted to get some bareMinerals for my “adopted” daughter, who’s in college. I taught her how to do makeup when she was in her mid-teens, so she comes to me at Christmas for her crack addictions to Urban Decay 24/7 liners and BareMinerals foundation. 😀 I love surprising her with high-end cosmetics, but I think I’ve created a monster.

Just ordered the following at Beauty.com

– Kevyn Aucoin The Sculpting Powder (love that this isn’t orangey like most sculpting powders. Shadows are grey, not orange!)

– Kevyn Aucoin The Creamy Glow, Isadore (Neutral Pink)

– bareMinerals Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF 15, Golden Tan (for my baby girl)

– Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Powder, Candlelight (I need another highlighter like I need a hole in my head, but I’ve been wanting to try this and 20% off — just couldn’t pass it up!)

Thanks for letting us know, Christine. 😀 <3

Im keen on purchasing some urban decay naked palettes from beauty.com and have read ALOT of bad reviews about the site, how have your experiences with them been? is it risky to be purchasing $100+ of makeup from there? Thanks

Hey T,

I’ve ordered half a dozen times or so and haven’t had any issues! I’ve received my orders no problem, though I’ve never tried to return. I’ve basically… never had any problems so I’ve never talked to their customer service.

I love Beauty.com but wish they had more high-end brands (like Hourglass, YSL, MUFE). They also don’t seem to get new collections at the same time Sephora and Ulta do. However, the do a 20% off sale a few times a year and I always use the opportunity to buy a Z-Palette or two.

I also took some items off my Sephora cart and purchased what I could from Beauty.com since they don’t charge taxes when shipping to AZ 🙂 So technically, I saved more than 20%!

I have ordered from beauty.com and they are quick, package products well, and I haven’t had any problems with them at all.

Yay! 🙂

Like you, I tend to focus on things that I can get at Beauty.com that I can’t get otherwise – brands like Kevyn Aucoin aren’t at Sephora, so 20% off is nice. I agree that they can be slower to get new stuff (and to that end, I find Nordstrom/Neiman Marcus is usually the first to sell online, Sephora can lag a couple of weeks, but it depends on the brand and product).

We try to approve comments within 24 hours (and reply to them within 72 hours) but can sometimes get behind and appreciate your patience! 🙂 If you have general feedback, product review requests, off-topic questions, or need technical support, please contact us directly. Thank you for your patience!
