Formula Overview
$48.00/0.22 oz. - $218.18 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have a "silky" and "lightweight" texture that's long-wearing and have "buildable" intensity. The blushes had a smooth, lightweight consistency that was finely-milled, though not as silky as I would have expected, without being too powdery nor too firmly-pressed into the pan.
The majority of the shades I tested had medium, buildable pigmentation that was hard to over-do but could definitely be intensified for higher coverage if desired. They applied evenly and blended out without issue, and they seemed to sit well on my skin with a semi-matte finish or higher. The more shimmery shades were still more low-level and had a sheen rather than overt shimmer that yielded a more metallic finish.
On my skin, most of the hues I trialed lasted eight hours before showing signs of fading. There was a soft, floral scent to the powders.

I purchased this in error. Yes, I’m error. I’d asked for the deeper shade of the LE blush but didn’t check the item when I paid. I was shopping at a location 5 hours from my home and the nearest counter I could return it is 2+ hours drive.
Well, I’m not returning it. I tried it on and I love it on me. I’m between NC25 and NC30 and this looks lovely. It’s a soft flush of colour that looks like it came from skin, not a product. As I have aged, my olive skin has gotten much more neutral, and I’ve been exploring the brownish shades blushing my collection. At one time, they just didn’t look good on me, but now they do. It’s like having a few new products to play with.
It doesn’t look too rosy to me – it would be far too orangey or peachy on my cool toned complexion, but it rates well. Love your lipstick Christine!
Another perfect blush for my daughter. She doesn’t like much if any sheen or shimmer in her blushes. She has super oily skin, some texture issues and still gets acne breakouts so she avoids anything that might exaggerate those problems. I think she would really like this color also.
Too pale of a shade to show up well on me, but this definitely one that I could see working on lighter end of lt.-medium down to the lightest of skin depths. Quite pretty, actually!
