Isamaya Industrial Colour Pigments Eyeshadow Palette ($115.00 for 0.61 oz.) has a lot of different finishes and textures, whether intentionally or not, and it was not the most user-friendly palette as a result. To some degree, I felt like the quality wasn't there for all shades, though, and the lack of consistency between finishes did make it a palette that was harder to use, especially together. The majority of the more intense shimmers worked best with a fingertip or a dampened, flat synthetic brush and blended out with a fluffy brush afterward.
On the other hand, some of the effects were interesting, so perhaps someone who approaches it from a more artistry-like perspective, doesn't mind using fingertips for application, and is looking for something that they can play around with may find it worthwhile. Part of me sees its potential for artistry, the other part of me just feels like there are issues in quality that can't be overcome.
