Effervescent is a darker, pinky-peach base with flecks of multi-colored sparkle, though it tended to flash gold and pink most of the time, with a sparkling, high-shine finish. It had a smooth, lightly creamy texture with minimal fallout applied directly to bare skin, but there was a touch of fallout throughout the nine hours it lasted for.
