Halloween Town is a dark black with neutral-to-cool undertones with flecks of pink and teal micro-shimmer over a matte finish. The consistency was moderately powdery in the pan, so you'll want to use a light hand and likely build up color to avoid fallout. On its own, it did have full pigmentation in a single layer. It lasted well for eight hours before fading noticeably.
