Charlotte Tilbury Holiday 2021 Collection Swatches
Charlotte Tilbury Holiday 2021 Collection has started to debut in drips and drabs with a new, 12-pan eyeshadow palette and five lipsticks (in a new formula). There’s also an eyeshadow quad that came up after I made my initial purchase, which I’ve bought but don’t yet have. The palette is now available for sale, though the lipsticks seem MIA at the moment! Here are swatches of the palette and the lipsticks…
Reminds me very much of the 2018 holiday release. The names of the eye looks are the same, colors are similar: a pink look, a golden (now more greenish) look, an orange look and a purplish look. Slim lipsticks are there too. I’m so curious of the reviews, though.
Agree! I thought same. Also, while shadow quality is high, CT shades pull orange on no matter how they look in the pan. Results are same whether with primer or not. Not worth the investment for another lot of orange!
I’m really liking the lipsticks. Especiallly Berry Lucky and Cherry Dreams!
As for the palette, I’m not seeing anything that I don’t have somewhere within my stash. Some of my favorite metallic/shimmery greens are in my ColourPop e/s singles palette I put together a few years back.
The lipsticks seems to make your lips more textured. I do like Berry Lucy tho..
The eye palette looks more like the shades I would use, although I do have The Rebel 2020. It is a familar colour story from CT, but I think with the inclusion of the olive green shades that it is lovely.
The lipsticks look great too – vibrant shades instead of the brand’s usual muted ones.
Her holiday releases all look vaguely the same. Too Faced suffers from a similar issue. Once you have one you have them all. I don’t have any because I was so disappointed with the quad formula but perhaps this is a better formula? I might pick up if it rates well (feels like it won’t though).
Woah – this is the first time a CT eye palette has made me double-take. A black?? What is going on here?? But seriously, though, I’ll be thoroughly examining this in sephora if my local one gets it in. Black shadow haters gonna hate, but I use it every day in my lashes and brows (with a light hand for the latter!).
