Urban Decay Hex Vice Hydrating Lipstick ($19.00 for 0.11 oz.) is a medium-dark burgundy with subtle, neutral-to-cool undertones and a satin finish. The texture was smooth, creamy, and a little velvety as the product skated across my lips but never felt heavy. This shade had rich pigmentation that delivered even coverage and wore well for five and a half hours. There was a light stain left behind, and the formula felt hydrating.
