Natasha Denona Bloom Puff Paint Liquid Blush Serum ($22.00 for 0.23 oz.) is a darker, raspberry pink with cool undertones and a natural finish–not quite dewy but still a bit luminous and very “skin-like” as it looked quite hydrated. It had semi-sheer to medium color coverage, which was easy to apply and diffuse for an even layer of blush. The product built up readily, too, and a second and third layer were easily added on top without disturbing the initial layer.
The liquid formula had a very thin, lightweight consistency that wasn’t too watery but had great glide and worked well over bare skin as well as foundation as it wasn’t prone to lifting up my base products. The color stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to be "mistake-proof" with "easy and even blending" that is "buildable" and "can be layered" for greater coverage. Per the brand, it can be applied with a "fluffy brush or using your fingers." The pigmentation was semi-sheer to medium, buildable coverage that was easy to work with using a stippling brush or fingertips.
I prefer applying liquid and cream-based formulas with a fingertip and often use one finger (like my index) for initial tapping of color onto the area, and then my middle or ring finger to blend and diffuse. The formula worked well on bare skin as well as over foundation, as it glided on, blended out well, but wasn't prone to lifting up base products or "sinking" into my pores.
The texture was lightweight, thin, and spreadable without becoming patchy. It dried down to a more transfer-resistant finish, but it retained a natural sheen to it that looked like hydrated, glowing skin (but not dewy). They lasted between eight and nine hours on me before fading a bit.

What a pretty, very clearly raspberry tone of blush! I’d love this one in my blush arsenal!
These are exciting!! Finally a decent liquid blush, haha. I might get this one and declutter my old old bloom palette- this is the only shade I use from it.

Such a pretty color! Alas, it’s too bright and deep for me. Everything in this release looks a bit too much for my skin tone. A muted mauve would have been so lovely.
