Rare Beauty Motivate Lip Souffle Matte Cream Lipstick ($20.00 for 0.13 oz.) is a medium pink with moderate, warm undertones and a semi-matte finish. The texture felt lightweight, airy, and more velvety, so it had a smooth, powdery glide that made it easy to work with, especially along the edges as it didn't build up and had a diffused look (without the work!).
It had rich color payoff that adhered evenly for longer-wear that felt flexible and comfortable, though it wasn't hydrating over time. In the close-up photos, I detected a touch of product that settled into my deeper lip lines, but I wasn't able to see it in person when I tested it. The color lasted well for five and a half hours.
