Clionadh Spotlight Glitter Multichrome Eyeshadow ($7.50 for 0.05 oz.) has a semi-translucent, brighter pink base that shifted from blue to bluish-purple to pink with a fine, sparkling shine. Per the brand, it is supposed to shift between "blue-indigo-pink" with a "semi-sheer" base.
There was quite a bit of shimmer/sparkle in it, so while the base color was sheerer, as anticipated, it had high coverage when applied. The consistency was soft, more loosely-pressed, so it was best to use with a lighter-hand to avoid excess product getting kicked up in the pan. It was very workable with a dry brush as the coverage applied evenly, built up to full coverage with less than a second layer, and had light fallout at worst. However, it did apply better with a fingertip or a dampened brush; the two yielded more opaque coverage that was slightly smoother and has less fallout. It wore well for nine hours before showing signs of fading, though there was light fallout over time.
