Your skin tone/colouring: Porcelain, with pink undertones
Look you loved this week?: Using my new PMG eye products: the gold shade on my mobile lid, the soft green on the crease, with Lapis Luxury as a pop of colour on the lower lid. I have been playing with them for the past few days. I paired it with Clarin’s Ginger lipstick.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: Nope – just the PMG eyeshadows.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: It will be more of the same next week too!
Your skin tone/colouring: Light medium, yellow undertones. Dark brown hair & eyes.
Look you loved this week?: I did a green gold and metallic cranberry eye with the BH Cosmetics Solar Flare palette and arandom a matte toffee shade as the transition, dark bronze eyeliner, a soft tawny matte brown blush and the old 05 Guerlain Rouge G Gracieuse.
Any new or old favourites discovered?: For sure, I dug out all my “old” Guerlain, Dior and Chanel lipsticks, disinfected them and have been wearing them relentlessly. I forgot how many gorgeous shades I already have because I tend to get distracted by the new shinies.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I got a bunch of BH Cosmetics palettes on sale, Romantic Nomad and Mimosa eyeshadows, Vanilla Creme Truffle and Vanilla Peach blushers, Frose and Spotlight highlighters so I look forward to playing with them. Also somehow ended up with 3 different exfoliating scrubs, so I will have to pace myself with those!
Your skin tone/coloring: above with freckles, green/gray/blue eyes, warm brown hair.
Look you loved this week?: I did a smokey purple eye with the Viseart Amethyst Theory palette (one of my favorite little palettes ever), paired with a peachy cheek and Bite Beauty Luminous Creme Lipstick in Musk.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: Not really, I’ve really loved using more autumn inspired looks the last few weeks.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: Hopefully my PMGL Celestial Divinity palette will come in and I’ll get to use it!
Your skin tone/coloring: Pale, warm-yellow, dark hair & blue eyes
Look you loved this week?: Posted one that I really loved on the temptalia discord with blues (mostly Colourpop Aquarius) and a silver/lavender lid. It was a fun eye look, which is what I am all about these days.
Any new or old favorites discovered?: I pulled out a couple of my Jordana blushes and remembered why I love them so much. I am the queen of inexpensive blushes, but the Jordana ones are so good that it boogles the mind when I think about the price point.
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I have some Juvia’s Place palettes coming in the mail on Monday, so I am so stoked to wear those. They had a sale on their bundles, and I got a set with the mini Magic & mini Masquerade palettes for an absolute steal. Since I have been doing more color on the eyes, these are gonna be so fun to play with; I am particularly excited about the greens in Magic mini and the purples in Masquerade mini. I have fallen head over heels for Juvia’s since I bought my first two palettes from them early on in quarantine, and I am piqued to see what they come out with next!
Your skin tone/coloring: pale, cool
Look you loved this week?: Probably the various simple looks I did with Dior’s New Look 5-pan, dark bronze liner, MAC Craving on lips and Sweet Sentiment on cheeks – nothing fancy!
Any new or old favorites discovered?: As I may have said in the Friday Finds, MAC Illusionary/Burning Ambition mineralized eye shadow duo. It’s an oldie but one of the few of those early MES duos that was really worth keeping!
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: It has turned deliciously chilly here so out came my Clinique Aromatics Elixir fragrance. It’s something I only wear in the cooler weather (it’s quite heady) and generally not to work (though I am heading to the gym soon and I’m wearing it but since no one is supposed to get within 2 meters of me, I figure if they smell it and don’t like it, they’ve come too close so too bad for THEM!
Look you loved this week?: I did a simple eyeliner-only look using the beige shade from the Morphe Icy Fantasy to set my base. I then layered on Orion and Spectra from the ABH Aurora Glow Kit for a dramatic blue-purple highlighter look. While it looked wild and stunning in person, the color barely showed up on camera when I filmed a video in the look
Any new or old favorites discovered?: I picked up the Aurora Glow Kit last summer at a TJMaxx and it’s still the most intense highlighter formula in my collection with the most unique colors
Any product you’re hoping to use next week?: I’m not sure if I’m going to be wearing makeup next week. I have videos to film for Preptober but taking care of my grandmother and submitting some edited videos to apply for an unpaid internship really has really thrown a wrench in my filming/uploading schedule. Hopefully next week will be better
