This formula still carries all the hydrating, soothing and refreshing benefits of the original version and improves the wear of makeup up to 12 hours, along with the addition of bronze shimmer for an ultra-illuminating effect on skin. Skin looks both healthy and radiant.
143 SES Medium Face Fan Brush, $38.50 (Limited Edition)
M·A·C 143 SES Medium Face Fan Brush is a dense and soft brush made of synthetic fibres that¿s shaped into a full, medium-sized fan. The special synthetic bristles and fan shape help to spread bronzing powders and cheek products evenly and smoothly over face with maximum colour pickup and deposit. Works well with Radiant Matte Bronzing Powder. Either sweep or gently tap the powder over skin. Features a metallic bronze handle that¿s drenched in an exclusive water droplet design.
Some cutely clever names and from its description, Monaco-co (it was on a train trip to Monaco that my husband I really connected for the first time) sounds like it would be a shade I’d love but looking at the swatches and how it looks on the eye (as far as one can tell from these photos), it’s not at all what I was expecting. But, as always, I will wait for Christine’s swatches and reviews.
Very cute names! What a nice change from all the sex and drug names we’ve been seeing lately from many makeup brands.
I feel like the Bronzer collection should have more than 2 bronzer shades.
That was my thought, too.
?
Definitely, but it’s still more interesting than Nars for the season. (And I’m a Nars Ho, I mean fangirl….)
Amen to that!
Ditto but also, light yellow with a brown undertone and Light brown with a yellow undertone? Oh well, MAC has gotten so good at missing the mark that it is almost a joke now days! Sadly, I do like many of their products and have a nostalgic feeling about MAC. I am always rooting for them to win but they make it hard to be faithful. Lippies look nice though. Lips are one of MAC’s better endeavor’s, IMHO.
Ooh, I like the look of these eyeshadows. The one I liked the most, Monaco, looks sold out. I don’t know about MAC’s foiled eyeshadows, so I’ll wait for your review.
Ordered a bronzer, lipstick, strobe cream, fix + and the Monaco-co shadow. I was also interested In the face glaze but it looks like Ulta only got 2 shades?? Is this going to be released anywhere else?
Wow.. those eyeshadows look unpromising and totaly umpigmented already from the brand’s swatches… I don’t dare to imagine when swatched in reality
The pattern reminds me of the Hourglass Modernist eyeshadow palettes. And we all remember what a sh*t show they were!
Cote D’ Amor lipstick and Would Rather Lounge Lipglass look my speed for summer. But won’t buy them before I see Christine’s official swatches! Provided of course that she decides to purchase them. ?
I love a good foiled eyeshadow and I am looking forward to seeing the swatches of Monaco and St. Tropez. The lipstick Cannes Do looks lovely too. The names of the products are appealing as well.
I’ve never been a Mac girl. I own several of their products, I use and enjoy them but I’ve never used a product of theirs that I fall so in love with I’m willing to love the brand too. The eyeshadows and lippies have caught my attention and after I see Mel’s and Christine’s reviews I will decide to purchase or pass. But where was marketing? The collection name is Bronzer collection and you release 2 bronzers???? WTF. I don’t think Mac can get out of their own way sometimes
OMG OMG OMG I want EVERYTHING!!! I LOVE this level of shiny metallic finish. The only issues for me (besides my budget, of course) is that I can’t see them IRL due to the Covid virus and stores here are still closed and once they open it will all be no-touch, and the fact that MAC uses carmine in a lot of their products and I’m allergic to carmine.
I totally love these – the colors, the shine.
*sigh*
While exclusives to certain retailers are not at all unusual, I find it really odd that MAC itself is not distributing this collection itself— especially if it’s the cornerstone summer collection. Ulta has none of the shadows or lipglasses. I am positive that the pandemic is affecting supply chain and what not but Why would you partner with a retailer that couldn’t keep your whole collection in stock for more than a couple days, and who doesn’t even carry your line in all of their stores?
I see the collection up on both sites? They’ve been up for a while but a lot seems to be sold out.
