1st Date is a muted, medium-dark mauve with strong, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had excellent color payoff with a soft, blendable texture that was somewhat powdery in the pan and had a touch of fallout if I wasn't careful to tap off excess during application. It wore well for eight hours before fading noticeably on me.
