I just got the Air brush, and I have a wee balance. Better get on that fast. Oy, Stupida. Decided to do these GCs rather than try to get to Rouge since there’s no chance of reaching it. (At last. Aaaah.). Having these in the wings comes in very handy, and there are so many great tools/brushes. Plus, Beautylish is such a great outfit, comparatively.
Just did the thing and signed up for it! Here’s hoping it will be in November or December.
I love Beautylish! I am probably going to pick up some wayne goss brushes, maybe some chikuhodo brushes, and I am very curious about the Koyudo brushes. And, I am definitely going to get some of the new hologram shades and the new light matter and dark matter shadows from Surratt. I may pick up another of Surratt’s brushes, also. I also want to try Surratt’s new foundation since I loved everything about the old one except the stupid brush dispenser. And I may get a few other things that happen to fall to fall into my cart :).
Tools are definitely a great way to take advantage of the event – a lot of those brands are pretty much exclusive to Beautylish (unless purchasing overseas)!
The more brushes I try, the more I appreciate how much they contribute to the overall makeup experience. I have a few that just make me happy to pull out and use. The last two I purchased were from Smith Cosmetics and were really unique. Now that I think about it, I may need to add some of their brushes to my cart as well.

I love the Beautylish annual gift card event and participate every year. I then gift the gift cards during the holidays. I have been eyeing the Surratt serum foundation (can’t remember the name) but it only has low to medium coverage. I have been trying to decide if I think I can pull it off and just concealer my face to death! The finish on it is really lovely and skin like. If I am going to do it then during the gift card event would be a good time. I use to pick up my Ellis Faas products from Beautylish but they are available there any longer. It is a great way to pick up Tom Ford and my Sulwhassoo products. Of course, brushes and tools are well represented there also.
I love the Beautylish gift card event and was surprised to see their signup in my inbox. My records show that this was held in early Nov last year. It feels like holiday releases are earlier this year. I usually pick up brushes and have held off on a few Sonia G Pro Eye brushes, just waiting for this sale. Look forward to browsing with this sale in mind.
