MAC Cosmetics - Smokey Brown Look with Constructivist Paint Pot
Eyes: Constructivist paint pot (Warm dark brown cream shadow/base), Shroom eyeshadow (light taupe), Woodwinked eyeshadow (warm bronzy brown), Bronze eyeshadow (dark shimmery brown), Carbon eyeshadow (matte black), Ricepaper eyeshadow (neutral highlighter), Indianwood paint pot (bronze gold cream eyeshadow), Graphblack technakohl (black kohl liner), and black mascara.

I am new to your site. I’m Glad I found it. I love the looks you do. On this particular look, could you please tell me where each shadow is to be placed on the eyelid?
Thank you

Christine,
This site is wonderful and you have an absolute doll face. I love the smokey eye look and this helped with the mistakes I’v been making. (blending) Thanks doll!
Hey Missy! Thank you so much for the compliments 🙂 I’m glad it has helped!
is curtsy usually that pale or is that the lipglass thats making it like that? i can’t decide which lipsticks to buy >.< it is so hard to make decisions using internet product photos but this website helps me soooo much…i look up a product to see if youve used it!
anyway…i’m kind of between thrills, curtsy or twig twig. i know they arent really alike but i only have enough dinero for one…which do you like? if it helps i am very pale skinned with brown hair
Hey Sara! Lightswitch 3D Glass DEFINITELY makes Curtsy look lighter. If you are looking for more of a neutral/lighter lip color, Twig Twig is probably perfect, because it goes on sheerly. Thrills is a pop of color, and Curtsy is semi-sheer, but it does have some color to it.
This is my hands down favorite look on you. Now if only I could find MY hands down favorite look for me LOL 😀 Your pics are such an inspiration, they give me so many ideas. Keep up the great work.
Aww, thank you Mikella! LOL, well, keep trying new looks and you’re bound to find THE one!
absolutely loooooove this look. it’s definitely a sexier version of the ‘natural’ look. i think it’s something you can wear to go to a regular ol’ pub and you’d be the hottest one there, but in a subtle manner, if that makes any sense.. hah!
I totally get what you’re saying, Jes! Thanks for the great compliment! 😀
Hi,
I really love this look but I have no idea how you used all the colors you listed. CAn you please provide me with a step by step tutorial? Thanks!
