Tom Ford Summer 2019 Eye Color Quads Swatches
For summer, there are three new Tom Ford Eye Color Quads ($88.00 for 0.21 oz.) joining the permanent line-up. They feature the more gel-powder style formula that features in the top selling Nude Dip quad.
Double Indemnity is right up my alley and if I wanted to spent so much money on four eyeshadows that would be the one I’d do it for.
I love that they’re all named after noir films. Double Indemnity appeals to me for sure.
Love the noir names, too. Channel your inner Barbara Stanwick, and Fred Mc Murray as a villain! Just want to say that the click-over to swatches is probably the most clever, instant gratification feature on any blog. Ever. You get used to the constant improvement here, but that feature is sheer genius.
Because it not only appears to have flawless quality, but also a much more interesting color story, I am LOVING Double Indemnity! That looks like the One that will rank right up there with Nude Dip and Honeymoon!
I’m really, really liking the looks of Double Indemnity.
All 3 TF arrived yesterday evening and I did not get a look ? at them till this morning! Oh my they are fabulous! Love texture, colors everything! You
These are all fabulous, judging by the swatches. Not a dud amongst them – which is amazing for Tom Ford lately. It would be hard to pick my favourite between Suspicion and Double Indemnity.
They seem like they apply well (though I know arm swatches don’t tell the whole story). Suspicion has two colors that are much too close to each other. Double Indemnity has an intriguing range.
So beautiful. I’ll have to wait for your review and dupes list, because there is no way I’ll spend that much money on a quad. I rarely draw a line where spending money on makeup is concerned, but it seems to be wherever Tom Ford sets his price. But for a neutral lover these are just beautiful.
$88 is a lot for a quad, I daren’t check how much it would be in my currency. I’m just now thinking of really saving up to get Double Indemnity as it is the real winner for me. The other ones I know I have dupes or close enoughs for, but I’m not sure about the colours in Double Indemnity.
I like that the names are from noir films, I love how wicked Barbara Stanwyck is in the film with the name of the quad I like the best. She was actually a great star who had an amazingly long and successful career.
