White Walker is a pale, iridescent icy blue with cool undertones and a frosted sheen. It had medium color coverage that built up to semi-opaque pigmentation at best. The problem I had with this shade was that it had a strong, white base that was powdery, dry, and prone to fallout, though it ended up leaving the best bits behind--that iridescent shimmer. The color wore well for eight hours on me before it started to wear away.
