Step-by-Step Guide

1. pat on bring it and manifest it, blend them at 1/2 of the lid.

2. not playing for inner corner of the eye and extend it to 1/3 of the lower lash line.

3. keep cool for the rest of the lower lash line and the center of the lid.

4. blend bring it with keep cool on the lower lash line.

5. on one for the outer v and also 1/3 of the lower lash line toward the outer corner.

6. blurred lines on the 1/2 top of the lid all the way to brow bone.

7. clean up fallout and add base.

8. a slightly cool-tone pink blush and then highlighter, blend with a cotton swab.

9. vamp it up all over lips and modify with a lip brush.
