We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when
a review will be posted as we can't commit to or guarantee product reviews. We don't want to set
expectations and then disappoint readers as even products that are swatched don't always end up
being reviewed due to time constraints and changes in priorities! Thank you for understanding!
I picked this up right away and I’ve really liked it. I particularly like those shades in the new formula (crave, fantasy, daydream, charmed) but they legit look gross all blown up like that ?
Those shimmers look like they have a growth on them, it’s really bothering me. The swatches look really pretty, and like a million other pink and berry shimmers.

It’s just a little flake of the softest, thinnest mica. Like a sliver of pearl.
Having come verrry close to purchasing this palette during Rouge, I’m quite excited to see that you are going to be reviewing this! In person, it definitely looks more intriguing than in YT videos, as the unique shimmer shades are unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a pressed powder eyeshadow format before. Your pictures actually do capture exactly what I was seeing when I was in Sephora this past Saturday, though!
Whenever I see those pile o’ glitter shots (Excite, Infatuated), I reflexively recoil a bit imagining those drifting into my eye.
Carolyn
I’m very curious to see how this scores. I really like the color selection, but am pretty frustrated that they included glitters – which will get all over *everything* in the palette. Some of those swatches look pretty thin, too, but we all know that doesn’t necessarily translate to good or bad performance on the eyes. Hm.
I had been waiting for it to arrive in Sephora France and bought it after my own swatches (so it’s on it’s way). Your swatches seem in par with mine, so except for performance I’m hoping it does well. I think it’s the best nude palette in a while, if not ever for me, with the right mix of mattes, shimmers and glitters. And surprise! An eye primer! Found that out by accident when I swatched it and thought, “What the heck is this formula??” LOL!
It seems a tad dry on your underbred area though (could just be the photo). Well, if it works out, it’ll be a great Christmas gift for my sister-in-law who rarely or subtly does her eyes and so having a versatile day to evening nude palette will be nice for her.
For me, the only thing missing is a wine brown color for a smokey eye, but then I tend to like darker colors.
I picked this up during the Sephora sale because I love pinky /mauve colors. This kinda reminded me of Naked 3 palette one of my favorites. I still haven’t used it yet. Hope it scores well and performs well. And is not too one dimensional
I wore it today using MAC eye shadow primer, no fallout. When I use the glitter shades I’ll use glitter glue. Smooth and easy to apply and still looks fresh! I’m very happy so far. Delicate airy and shimmery. A great pinky nude for me but I can definitely take it high sparkle. 🙂
Wow – another really pink themed palette and this one looks pretty good, except for the glittery shades.
There is quite a bit of depth and variety to these shades too.
Mezy
It is more a rosy palette than a nude…
Daphne
Whoa – what’s going on with the swatches of Infatuated and Excite 😡
Tigerlaf
No need for angry faces. Those shades aren’t actually eyeshadow, they’re pressed glitters.
Daphne
oh no I didn’t mean for it to come up as an angry face : o – it was more of a : x which turned into an angry face unfortunately. I will be more careful with my expressions next time!
Daphne, that you for the laugh. I’m getting older and it bothers me that the emoticons on my phone are really too small to see details. I’ve sent the wrong emoticon before thinking it was something different.

Infatuated and excite made me cringe— I have the rose gold palette and the glitters got EVERYWHERE and hurt my eyes with fallout. Ugh. Those should be add-on singles not in a palette
Picked this up during the Sephora sale. Haven’t used it yet, but taking it on a trip to Hawaii with me next week. I am in love with the glitters and the metallic shimmer ‘Kinky’. Can’t wait for your review Christine!
I was ogling this one in Sephora last weekend. There were some younger ladies clogging up the Huda aisle, and I didn’t want to wait to get close enough to swatch. (I was able to reach the Ruby and Amethyst palettes I was after, at least.) I’m glad to see your swatches look good.
Elly
I am really torn as it looks gorgeous and i want to get it but can’t help thinking it is too close to either Rose Gold & Mauve Obsessions from HB or Stars in your Eyes from CT
This looks so pretty but for some reason I really can’t justify the price… $65 is a lot of money to spend on a palette and with the previous ones having mixed reviews it’s a pass for me. Also, nothing against Huda but I kind of wish that the packaging didn’t have her photo on everything. Like I get it on the exterior box that you can remove but personally I’d rather have something simple and luxe.
Maya
Unfortunately I’m not the least bit surprised Huda’s “concealer” shade is only suitable for light/medium skin tones, especially after all the times she’s been called out for not featuring people with dark skin
Darker skin tones could us it for cut crease looks though. That said, I understand your point, she’d have to make another New Nude version for dark skin tones in order to include a darker primer as it would be a shame to have two eye primers in this palette.

I have this on order, kind of nervous about those super glittery shades having fallout, but the other swatches look good/great! Love the mauve and pink undertones
I think this is the one for me to try today! I went crazy with a credit card and couldn’t resist the Sephora sale and Ulta had a 20% coupon as well as a couple pretty add on with some good $50 order bags. The Becca bag was outstanding. No more Opal sample! It had Champagne Pop. Ok, back on topic. This palette is far more gorgeous in person. Those marble shades are what sold me and they are stunning. They swatch nicely, too. Thanks Christine for pointing out the concealer shade!
Chandra
Wow Christine that look you did was stunning! You have really upped your makeup game! Is there anywhere that says what you used?
Sorry, I don’t have it added yet – I’m a bit behind!

This looks pretty and I love the pinks but oh boy, this is going to need an adhesive. I do love metallics and glitter but that looks like it’s going to be messy. Good thing this is a brand I will pass on.
I am loving this. I would not have bought it at $65, but closer to $50 I was willing to splurge during the Sephora sale. This is a cool neutral palette with shades that are beautiful, they apply and blend easily, and the texture and feel is really luxe. I own no other Huda palette, but this one is perfect if you have fair skin and like cooler tones.
Felicia
I am in love with this palette. Been playing with it all week. The shimmer shades with the speckles are ahhmazing! I would buy an entire palette of just those, but I love sparkle and shine. The mattes kick up a bit when I’m using fluffy brushes but go on so smooth and buttery and blend out very well for me. So far no regrets.
Ditto, smooth, very smooth and blends well. And I was surprised at the wear time without primer (I only put it on for an entire afternoon (at work) to evening and the pigmentation held out.

Aside from the ill-conceived concealer shade, this palette was a bag of nopes from way back for me. It looks like a barbie’s makeup dream brought to life.
I bought the palette a few days ago because it contains all my favorite colors. Since swatches are laid out, I wonder if Temptalia plans to review the palette anytime soon or just let the swatches say for themselves? Let me know-
Thanks!
I’m curious how similar these shades swatch to Urban Decay Naked3 and Urband Decay Naked Heat. I have both, but may still put this on my Christmas list. 🙂
Do you still have any plans on reviewing this palette?
Pamela
Secret and Teddy look exactly the same color to me hahaha

Really looking forward to you review of this one! I love the look of the palette, I’m curious to see how those glitters perform.
So new nudes are just… pinks?
No, they really are more in the mauve range. And really good too!
Just got this palette and wore it to work this week. Curious your thoughts, Christine!
That looks really good!

This swatched rather nicely! (though those two pressed glitters give me anxiety just looking at them – ow!)
