Dose of Colors Nightsky Block Party Eyeshadow ($20.00 for 0.08 oz.) is a blackened teal with subtle, cool undertones and a sparkling finish. It was richly pigmented with a smooth, lightly creamy texture that was dense but not stiff, which made it easy to work with when I used fingertips as well as when I used brushes. The eyesahdow wore well for eight and a half hours and had very little fallout over time.
