KVD Beauty Kelly is a slightly cool-toned, light-medium duochrome with a metallic finish. It is a limited edition eyeshadow.

Kelly is a medium, plummy-brown base with blue-to-teal shifting sparkle paired with a metallic finish. It had good pigmentation with a moderately dense consistency that did require a little more pressing and pushing to get it to translate onto the lid with a dry brush (alternatively, use a dampened brush, fingertip, or a flat brush for improved application--best to worst results in that order). The color lasted for just over eight hours on me.
