Great post timing Christine since the UD singles are on Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty coming up!
You know this was deliberate! Checked your small palette Snow White swatches this AM. So torn….the biggie basically sits there, looking nice in the tote, and the shadows seem authentic formula….as in no formula advances since 1937! The colors may be spot on, but so hard to use.
Yes for sure! The palette and packaging are definitely better than the formula of the shadows which is so sad. The second palette I posted is slightly better than the first. I have no regrets but they aren’t going to be easy to work with.

Christine, somehow a NARS shadow (also called Deep End) has mixed itself in with all these UD shadows!

Christine, I’m still seeing it (at the moment, it’s on page 6 but that can all change as soon as someone votes on an eyeshadow or adds one). It’s a persistent little booger….wants to ally itself with UD!!!

Although I adore my three UD palettes, I never fell in love with the singles. From this list I have Fireball and Riff, and I never use either of them. Fireball seemed so awesome when I bought it, but it just doesn’t show up on me. I also have Beware, Flash, Virgin, and Foxy. The only one I ever reach for is Virgin. But this post just made me decide to give them a try again.
So many gorgeous shades – I chose Mushroom, Smog, YDK, Pistol, Verve, Suspect, Half Baked, Busted and added in Damaged. Love a lot of their shades.
Somehow, OG UD neutrals are far less boring and run of the mill.
I only wish the brand would put out some neutral shades with a satin finish instead of always using glitter or shimmer.
What about Stray Dog? It’s just as gorgeous as Mushroom, just a little more brown than grey. It’s been a staple of mine forever!

Hi Christine, I was wondering when you look at pages for specific shadow shades and it says ‘also available in these palettes’ does that always mean its ‘also’ available as a single?
No, it just means that the shade appears in palettes – it may not mean it’s a single or not (we don’t have anything that would indicate single vs. palette).
Mushroom is my all-time favorite eyeshadow! I love it so much, that I bought the shade in the liner as well and use it all the time! It’s just so pretty! You can keep it simple for everyday or completely smoke it out!
