Becca Light Waves Highlighter Palette ($34.00 for 0.27 oz.) includes three highlighters--two we've seen before and one new to the palette (Pink Sapphire)--housed in a slim, plastic palette. I found the quality of the three shades to be fairly good with the two previously-released shades performing on par with the full-sized versions I have, while the weakest shade was the new shade, Pink Sapphire, as it wasn't quite as pigmented as the other shades but built up and applied well that I imagine most won't have any issues with it.
